This Policy applies to our services, which include the services we provide in connection with GEM Token and GET Token, our platform, user interfaces, websites, pages, features, mobile applications, or content we own or operate (collectively, the "Sites") or when you use any GEMtrust API or third-party applications relying on such an API, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, do not access or use the Services, Sites, or any other aspect of our business.
Minimal Personal Information: We collect minimal personal information necessary for your participation in the GEMtrust DAO. This may include your email address, public wallet addresses, and transaction details.
Usage Data: We collect data on your interactions with our Services, such as transaction history, and participation in governance activities.

Service Provision: To manage your accounts, process transactions, and provide customer support.

Additionally, our smart contracts and blockchain transactions benefit from the intrinsic security of the blockchain network itself. Private keys associated with your wallet addresses and user credentials are to be protected by you, and we are not liable for any loss that arises from your failure to do so.
Our partners, including those responsible for the custody of gemstones and gemNFTs, are also required to adhere to strict confidentiality and data security standards.
You have the right to access and control your personal data held by GEMtrust. You can request information about your stored data, correct inaccuracies, or ask for your data to be deleted when legally and practically possible.
We are committed to transparency about our data policies, regularly reviewing and updating these to reflect changes in our processes or applicable laws.
GEMtrust adheres to all relevant data protection laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate, including applicable international standards for data protection.
We have implemented measures to restrict access to the sale of GEM Tokens in jurisdictions where it may be prohibited.
All parties involved with the GEMtrust DAO agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, financial details, and operational methods, except where law or regulation requires disclosure. This obligation remains even after any termination of agreement.
Like many companies online, we use services that use tracking technology. These services rely on tracking technologies such as cookies and web beacons to collect information about your browsing activities.
